Babies are usually born with 20 baby teeth. They start to come through the gums at about 6 months and will appear by 2 to 3 years of age. Permanent teeth will start replacing the baby teeth at around 6 years of age.
- 6-12 Months - baby teeth: 4
- 9-13 Months - baby teeth: 6
- 13-19 Months - baby teeth: 12
