Video call
Pregnancy, Birth and Baby’s video call service allows you to speak face-to-face with a maternal child health nurse.
Video call is a free service and is available from 7am to midnight (AET), 7 days a week (including public holidays).
The service is easy to use and does not require any special software, just an internet connection, along with a camera, microphone and speakers. You can access on a computer, tablet or mobile device.
You don’t have to provide your name if you wish, but we will ask for your phone number in case the call drops out or we need to direct emergency services to you if needed.
Video call is only available within Australia
