MumMoodBooster is Australia's new evidence-based treatment for postnatal depression. MumMoodBooster is designed to help women anywhere in Australia who are experiencing depression after the birth of their baby (postnatal depression).

Their online treatment programs are based on best practice psychological treatment. They are designed to deliver the benefits of face-to-face cognitive-behavioural treatment without needing to leave your home. These online treatments have been developed by the Parent-Infant Research Institute and have a strong evidence base.

MumMoodBooster is designed to help women recover from postnatal depression. MumMoodBooster is a 6 session interactive online treatment that will teach you skills known to improve depression. You will also receive encouragement SMS messages twice a week, access to an online library and if you have a current partner, you can grant them access to a useful support website. Your mood will also be monitored at weeks 1, 4, & 8 via a brief online survey sent via email.

By joining you will:

  • have access to six online sessions that can be personalized to fit your situation
  • access to an online library and optional partner support website
