Can’t submit the Sign up form?
Can’t activate your account?
For security reasons, the email with your link to activate your account is only valid for one week. If it’s been longer than that you will need to request another activation email. If you have received more than one activation email, click the link in the email you’ve received most recently.
Haven’t received an email from us?
Try checking your spam or junk mail folders. If you don’t have any luck with that, you can request a new email, by referring to the relevant section on this page. Be careful to double check the spelling of your email address.
Having trouble signing in?
Don’t forget your username has to be all lower case, and your password is case sensitive. If it’s your first time signing in, you need to activate your account first by following the instructions in our email to you.
If you are having trouble accessing the sign in page, try clearing your cache and browser history. You should only have to do this once.
Forgotten your username?
They can be hard to remember, don’t worry, you can retrieve your username by entering the email address you signed up with into the Sign up form. We will email you the details.
Forgotten your password?
Just follow this link to reset your password. You’ll need to enter the email address that you signed up with, then we’ll send you an email with instructions and a unique link that will allow you to create a new password.
Managing your account
Want to change your email address?
You must sign in to your profile in order to change your email address. Go to Email address in your profile and type in the new email address and press Save. We will send an email to your new email address with a link to confirm the change. For security reasons this link is only valid for 24 hours.
Want to change your username?
Sorry, your username is unique to you and we can’t change that for you.
Unsubscribing from emails
If you don’t want to receive any more emails you can click the link to unsubscribe at the bottom of an email. You can also sign in to your account and go to the Email subscriptions page to turn your subscription off.
Deleting your account (or profile)
To delete your profile you must sign in and go to Delete profile. From there you can request an email with a link to delete your profile. For security reasons this link is only valid for 24 hours.
By deleting your profile all of the data for your profile will be deleted and you will be unsubscribed from emails.
