Tips on how to improve your mental and physical wellbeing

  • Eat regular, healthy meals
  • Keep physically active
  • Try yoga or Pilates
  • Quit smoking and give up alcohol
  • Look after your mental wellbeing
  • Reduce stress during your pregnancy
