Tresillian

Tresillian is Australia's largest Early Parenting organisation offering mums and dads practical, hands on advice with their baby, toddler or pre-schooler.

While a new baby brings amazing joy, even the most capable parents have times when they lack confidence in their own abilities and need reassurance and support. Whether it’s getting baby to sleep through the night, breastfeeding advice, assistance with toddler behaviour or coping with anxiety and postnatal depression, our highly skilled staff work closely with both partners to build a strong, positive foundation for family life.

Families can now Self Refer, or book into Tresillian services directly, by calling the Tresillian Parent’s Help Line on 1300 272 736. We have Tresillian Centres in metropolitan Sydney at Willoughby, Wollstonecraft, Nepean, Canterbury, in regional NSW at Dubbo, Lismore, Wagga Wagga, Taree, Queanbeyan, Coffs Harbour, and Broken Hill, in the ACT and Albury Wodonga, Victoria. If you’re needing support with your baby or a parenting issue, talk to one of our experienced Nurses about which service is best suited to your needs.

Day Services

Visit one of our Centres for the morning or afternoon with your baby and partner to work through your needs. We can also provide access to psychology support. This is a free service.

Residential Services

Stay for 4-nights or 5-days at a Tresillian Centre with your partner. Costs are covered by Medicare or your private Health Fund and psychology support is available.

Telehealth Virtual Consultations/Parent Groups

The pandemic has made many parents feel overwhelmed, stressed and anxious. If you need to talk to someone, contact us either from your phone, tablet or computer. Tresillian Telehealth Virtual Consultations and Parents Groups are available now and are free of charge.

SleepWellBaby App

The NSW Government recently announced FREE access to the SleepWellBaby App, powered by Tresillian, during COVID-19, for all parents living in NSW with a baby aged newborn to 12 months of age. Tresillian’s SleepWellBaby App supports families by providing trusted, targeted advice, tracking tools and tips on key parenting concerns including sleep, settling, development and feeding. It can be downloaded at www.tresillian.org.au or the App store.
