Health Care Complaints Commission NSW
The NSW Health Care Complaints Commission (HCCC) (Opens in new tab) is an independent body set up under the Health Care Complaints Act 1993 (Opens in new tab).
The HCCC manages complaints about health service providers in NSW, including:
- health organisatons
- registered health practitioners
- unregistered health practitioners.
Vision and mission
The HCCC has a central role in maintaining the integrity of the NSW health system, with the overarching aim of protecting the health and safety of individuals and the community.
