Prophylaxis and treatment of transient ischaemic attacks (TIA) and other thromboembolic disorders. Used in conjunction with anticoagulant therapy, is indicated to reduce the risk of systemic embolism or vascular death in post-surgical patients who have undergone heart valve replacement. Astrix 100, used in conjunction with anticoagulant therapy, is indicated to reduce the risk of systemic embolism or vascular death in post-surgical patients who have undergone heart valve replacement.
