Having a miscarriage or experiencing a pregnancy loss can lead to many different emotions. In Australia, there are support services available to help you, your partner and your family.

There are organisations across Australia that specialise in offering support for people who have experienced a pregnancy loss. These services offer free support by phone.

Red Nose Grief and Loss

Red Nose Grief and Loss provides support for people affected by pregnancy loss.
Call 1300 308 307 — 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

Pink Elephants

Pink Elephants Pregnancy Loss Helpline, delivered by PANDA, provides counselling and support for families experiencing pregnancy loss.
