1800 My Options provides information about contraception, pregnancy options including abortion, and sexual health in Victoria. They run a confidential and free phone line and online information service.

Vision and mission

1800 My Options is proudly pro-choice, non-judgmental, and independent. They work alongside hundreds of trusted healthcare providers in Victoria.

1800 My Options is a service of Women’s Health Victoria and is supported by the Victorian Government. The service was first launched in 2018, as part of a statewide strategy to reduce the barriers affecting women’s access to reproductive and sexual health services.
