How much food does my child need?

6 to 12 months - how much food should they eat?

When you start to introduce solids at around 6 months-old, your baby will discover new tastes and textures. This handy guide will get you started.

How much food at 1 year?

By the time your baby turns one, they should be eating a variety of different foods.

How much food at 2 to 3 years?

When your toddler turns 2, they should be eating the same food as the rest of the family.

How much food at 4 to 5 years?

As your child grows, so will their appetite, but not all kids will eat the same amount of food.
